- מַלבּוּשm. (b. h. לָבַש) dress, cover. Shek. V, 1 על המ׳, v. לָבַש Hif.Deut. R. s. 7, end מַלְבּוּשוֹ its dress (shell), v. חִלָּזוֹן. Sabb.113a שלא יהא מַלְבּוּשְׁךָ של שבת כמלבושךוכ׳ that thy Sabbath dress be not the same as thy weekday dress.
